Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that certain items are non-returnable:

Return & Exchange Process

- Ship the Item: Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
- Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange.
Refund Process
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for the new item will be covered by us.
