Order Processing Time

Once you place your order, it will take 1-2 business days to process before it is shipped out.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after dispatch. The shipping fee is $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Please review the following information to understand our policies and procedures.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Please note: The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items marked as final sale

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
  5. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange.

Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for the new item will be covered by us.
